Fees

Consultation Site Visit: A £35.00 fee for all site visits prior to a service booking is required.  The site visit can take up to 1 hour and provides a client with the opportunity to discuss their needs and requirements, as well as allowing Grand Organisers to carry out an assessment of the work required,  along with creating an action plan agreed by the client. This fee will be fully refunded when a minimum of a 4 hour session is booked

Standard Hourly Rate: £35.00

For projects requiring 2 people, an additional hourly rate of £25.00 will be added

All fees to be paid in full at the end of each daily session. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer

Travel

A £35.00 travel fee will be added for services located outside of a 40 mile radius of Bury St Edmunds

Weekend and Bank Holiday Work

An additional charge of £50.00 per day will be added to projects undertaken on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Bank Holiday

Additional Costs

Parking and congestion charges can be discussed prior to the booking of a service. Such charges will be added to the final payment amount

Cleaning materials and cleaning equipment can be provided for an additional fee. This will be agreed at point of service booking

Payment Terms
